We're not hard to find! Just don't use MapQuest, Yahoo Maps or your GPS. For some reason (and we've tried to correct this many times) they take you down a road that does not lead to us. Check out our directions here on the site.
Welcome to Idle Times Campground. 50 campsites nestled in the mountains above the picturesque town of Washington, New Hampshire. We are a family friendly campground striving to offer a mix of scheduled activities and plenty of peace and quiet so you can relax. Our private beach on Highland Lake offers opportunities for boating, swimming, water sports and fishing. Many of our 45 acres are threaded with hiking trails, most following along established snowmobile trails, all of them excellent for mountain biking as well. Speaking of snowmobile trails, in addition to our summer seasonal sites we also offer winter seasonal sites. So if you are a snow bird and love to snowmobile, we've got a place for you.
We'll gladly host and cater your company picnic or family reunion. Just call us for details.
